Logistics Company

  • We have designated SF Express for product distribution.

 

Shipping Rates

  • We will be charging HK$30 for each product, the required fee is subjected to amount displayed during the settlement.

 

Shipping and Delivery Time

  • After the order is successfully placed, it will be processed within 3 working days.
  • Once the order is shipped, the system will send the tracking number via email counter to the address stated on your order information.
  • The shipping time will be from Monday to Friday (except public holidays), which the order is expected to be delivered within 3-5 working days.
  • The expected delivery time is only for reference. If there is any delay in delivery, please wait patiently or contact the logistics company. No compensation will be offered by SKECHERS due to the delay in delivery.

Pickup at store

 

Applicable Area

  • The store pickup is only applicable to the designated stores.
  • The designated stores options will be shown during the confirmation of order, please select a desirable store to pick up your order.

 

Shipping Rates

  • The order will be shipped for free if you choose to pick it up in stores.

 

Shipping and Delivery Time

  • The shipping time will be from Monday to Friday (except public holidays), which the order is expected to be delivered within 2-4 working days.
  • You will receive a SMS notification and an email containing the pickup code when the order is delivered to your designated store.
  • Please go to the designated store to pick up the order within 3 days after the pickup code is issued. You must present the SMS/ email with the pickup code when you collect your order. Otherwise, SKECHERS has the right to refuse you from picking up your order.

 

Precautions

  • Our online store does not provide the following services:
    • Specific delivery date and time
    • Change delivery address after the order is confirmed
  • It is possible that your order be dispatched from different warehouses. If this happens, the shipping of your order may be split.
  • If the order fail to deliver due to order out of stock or other possible reasons, the SKECHERS Customer Service Centre will contact you in time to follow up the case.
  • If the delivery information (e.g. contact number, delivery address) is incorrect or not complete, resulting in the failure to deliver, the order will be sent back to our warehouse in Hong Kong. All the expenses incurred shall be borne by you. Related fees (if any) will be deducted from the refund.
  • In case of special circumstances (warehouse inventory-taking, promotion events), weather, manpower and other factors leading to delayed delivery or extended delivery time, SKECHERS official online store will be announced in advance as an announcement.

 

In case of dispute, the decision of Skechers Hong Kong Limited shall be final. In case of any conflict or discrepancy between the two versions of Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
