Skechers Plus is the loyalty program run by Skechers Hong Kong & Macau. We have prepared a batch of member-exclusive privileges and special perks just for our members—from earning points on purchases to unlocking members-only offers and events.
Is it free to join?
Yes! Joining Skechers Plus is completely free with no hidden fees or obligations.
How do I sign up?
You can sign up through the Skechers mobile app or on our brand website. Registration is quick and easy!
Who is eligible to join?
Anyone with a valid Hong Kong (+852), Macau (+853), or Mainland China (+86) mobile number is welcome to join.

11 FAQsWhat can I earn in the Skechers Plus program?
You can earn two main types of reward currency:
- Points: Earned primarily through purchases and friend referrals. Points can be redeemed for shopping vouchers and gifts.
- Stamps: Earned by completing interactive Missions in the app. Stamps can also be redeemed for shopping vouchers and gifts.
How do I earn Points?
You can earn Points in two main ways:
- Make purchases at Skechers Hong Kong & Macau stores or online at skechers.com.hk. Make sure you have logged into your account or presented your member ID at the cashier before checkout.
- Successfully refer friends to join the Skechers Plus program.
How many Points do I earn per dollar spent?
Members earn 1 Point for every HK$1 spent. Special promotions (e.g., Thankful Month) may offer extra bonus Points on selected items.
How do I earn Stamps?
You earn Stamps by completing Missions in the "Missions" section of the Skechers Plus app. Types of Missions include:
- APP Check-in Mission: Check in daily in the app.
- Instore Check-in Mission: Scan the QR code at any Skechers store.
- Video Mission: Watch promotional videos.
- Complete Personal Profile: Fill in and verify your details.
- Ad-hoc Exclusive Missions: Participate in special activities.

Where can I check my Points and Stamps balance?
You can check both balances by logging into your account on the Skechers Plus app. For a detailed Point/Stamp history, go to "Account" → "Point Accumulation" or "Stamp Accumulation".
How do I redeem my Points or Stamps?
You must use the Skechers Plus app. Visit the "Rewards" page to browse all available shopping vouchers and gifts. Select your desired reward and, if applicable, a pick-up location.
Can I change or cancel a redemption?
No. Once a redemption of Points or Stamps is confirmed, the corresponding currency is instantly deducted from your account. The transaction cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.
Do my Points or Stamps expire?
Yes. All Points and Stamps earned in a calendar year will expire on 30th April of the following year (e.g., Points/Stamps earned in 2024 will expire on 30 April 2025).
What happens if I don't collect or use my redeemed reward in time?
Rewards must be collected or used at the designated location within the validity period specified in the app. Failure to do so will result in automatic forfeiture with no refund.
Are rewards guaranteed to be available?
All rewards listed on the "Rewards" page are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Skechers reserves the right to replace or terminate any reward without prior notice.
However, once you have successfully redeemed a reward and received a gift voucher, your reward is secured and will be honored according to the voucher's terms.
Can I combine Points/Stamps redemptions with other promotions?
Points/Stamps redemptions can usually be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated. Some exclusions may apply during special sale events.
RUNNING CLUB (GO RUN Stamps)
4 FAQsWhat are GO RUN Stamps?
GO RUN Stamps are a special stamp currency exclusive to participants of the SKECHERS HK RUNNING CLUB workshops. They are separate from the regular Mission Stamps and can only be redeemed for specific Running Club gifts.
How do I participate and earn GO RUN Stamps?
To earn GO RUN Stamps, you must attend a RUNNING CLUB workshop. The event assistant will provide an activation code and a check-in QR code.
In the app, go to "Missions" → "RUNNING CLUB", enter the activation code to unlock your GO RUN stamp card, then scan the QR code each time you check in to earn 1 stamp per check-in.
How do GO RUN Stamps differ from regular Mission Stamps?
GO RUN Stamps use a separate stamp card with different rules:
- Redemption: 3 stamps = 1 gift. Each card allows for 2 gifts, which must be redeemed in order.
- Redemption Location: Gifts are redeemed with the event assistant on the day of the workshop.
- Validity: The stamp card has no expiration date. Once redeemed, the gift voucher is valid for 180 days.
- Gift Details: The specific gift for each tier is revealed only upon unlocking that tier. Gifts are subject to change without notice.
Can I use GO RUN Stamps for rewards on the general "Rewards" page?
No. GO RUN Stamps cannot be used on the general "Rewards" page. The associated gifts are curated specifically for the RUNNING CLUB program, are subject to change, and cannot be selected by participants.

4 FAQsI forgot my password. What should I do?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page of the Skechers Plus app. You will receive an SMS OTP to your registered mobile number to verify your identity and reset your password accordingly.
How do I update my personal information?
Update your details in the app, or contact our customer service team for assistance.
My account is locked. How do I unlock it?
Please contact our customer service team for assistance.
I didn't receive my Points after a purchase. What should I do?
Contact customer service with your receipt details. We can manually add Points within 14 days of purchase.
Other Questions
4 FAQsCan I transfer my Points or Stamps to another person?
No, all rewards are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
What happens to my Points if I return a purchased item?
Points earned on the returned item will be deducted from your account balance. This applies to returns from online purchases and concept stores in Hong Kong & Macau.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We take data privacy seriously and protect your information in accordance with our privacy policy.
