Customer Service Executive

With the aim to upholding the brand image, the incumbent will provide high standard customer services to both internal and external customers from offline sales channels.
- Handle customer enquiry through different channels (email, phone, website, LiveChat) in a professional and timely manner
- Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure timely, efficient and effective service to customers
- Manage customer enquiry tracking and reports
- F.7 or degree holder in any discipline
- Minimum of 1 year working experience in CS, retail or hospitality industry
- Excellent service manner, self-motivated, detailed-minded and with high level of resilience
- A good team player and desire to work in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in Chinese word processing & MS Office is essential
