- Assist in preparing training materials and presentation;
- Work with retail operation teams and internal stakeholders for coordinating retail training programs;
- Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by supervisor.
- Degree holder in any discipline;
- Minimum of 1 year working experience in retail or other relevant industry;
- Self-motivated, detailed-minded, sensitive in figures and strong data analysis skills;
- A good team player and desire to work in a team-oriented environment;
- Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing;
- Fresh graduate will be considered
