WHAT YOU DO

• Upholding the merchandise presentation of retail & wholesale point-of-sell on daily basis so to elevate customer engagement through excellent visual experience, advocate brand image and drive business
• Responsible for the day-to-day merchandise presentation on the store level, in keeping with the brand’s image
• Update and maintain in-store and window merchandise display to ensure that it is always kept up-to-date, fresh and appealing to the customers
• Create attractive concepts to be used in-store
• Closely work with Retail, Wholesale & Marketing teams on VM change-over, visual image production, seasonal installations, marketing promotions, etc
• Coach the frontline sales to implement display instructions to unify the brand image and seasonal theme
• Work with vendor on VM materials production. Monitor VM equipment inventory
• Assist VM manager in concept creation as well as VM guideline preparation
• Provide support to store events when necessary

WHO YOU ARE

• Degree/Higher diploma holder in Art & Design or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in sportwear or apparel retail
• Good team player, proactive & flexible, well organized and independent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with internal and external parties
• Proficiency in graphic tools such as AI, Photoshop & Adobe platform
• Immediate available would be an advantage
